These newly refurbished, serviced apartments are in the center of a small village, within easy walking distance of two beautiful sandy beaches,and a village green overlooking Cardigan Bay. The apartments are reached via an external staircase onto a communal balcony,which has a seating area. They are not suitable for people with a disability,or mobility issues. The communal balcony is a lovely area for a drink or enjoying some food. We are dog friendly.However, Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed. All food bowls and bedding must be provided by the owner. Each apartment has a key box,for ease of arrival and departure.We do however endevour to meet all our guests when we service the rooms. Four apartments have a 5 ft bed and a double bed settee suitable for children only . The 5ft bed has a duvet. The bed settes have sheets ,pillows and a duvet . The bed settes are available for you to make up as required. These en suite bathrooms have a bath and a shower within the bath. The fifth apartment has a 5 ft bed. This en suite has a walk in shower. . All rooms are fitted out with a Sink, Full size Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Hair Dryer, Iron. Crockery, Cutlery, Bottle Opener, Scisors .Large Knife, Tea Towel, Washing Up Liquid. Bath Towls, and Hand Towels are provided. Please bring your own Towels for the beach. Free Parking. Free Wi Fi Colour Television. Bicycles allowed into rooms Aberporth has Restaurants, Takeaways, Village Shop, Chemist, Launderette, Pub. Both our beaches have a Blue Flag for water quality. The village has a Green Flag for cleanliness. The larger beach is also Dog Friendly All Year.
